**Role Description**
This is a full-time Hybrid / Onsite role for a Delivery Lead at RedScreen located in the JHB North. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving various integration projects with our banking client/s and overseeing the delivery of software systems. This includes managing. This includes managing a team of 4+ consultants and ensuring delilivery on project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) prefeable
- **Solid technical systems experience and a solid understanding of and a passion for system integration essential**:
- **Solid Informatica / DataStage /Cognos skills - Very preferable**:
- **Sound SQL skills and data modelling skills essential**:
- Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Software Development Lifecycle skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in delivering software systems for the Financial sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
