**Responsibilities**:
- **_
Performance Management and ratings:_**
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees. Ensure performance evaluations are completed accurately and on time.
- **_ Training and Development:_**
Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions and workshops. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- **_ Career Progression:_**
Support employees in their career development and progression within the company. Develop and maintain career path frameworks for various roles. Conduct regular career development meetings with employees.
- **_ Employee Engagement:_**
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment. Address employee concerns and work to resolve any issues impacting engagement.
- **_ Monthly 1:1 Meetings:_**
Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with employees to discuss performance, development, and any issues or concerns. Document and follow up on action items from 1:1 meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- **_ Talent Retention:_**
Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent within the organization. Analyze turnover data and develop action plans to improve retention rates. Recognize and reward high-performing employees.
- **_ Relationship management:_**
Build close relationships with the Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders to ensure talent and succession planning is effective and in place
- **_ Reporting:_**
Creation and management of monthly people dashboards and data such as staff turnover, utilisation, training hours per person, etc. Collaborating with Management to ensure best practice is in place at all times. Provide effective and efficient administration support to the group
- **_ Employee Scheduling:_**
Accurately schedule employees into projects based on their skills, availability, and project needs. Maintain up-to-date records of employee skills, certifications, and project assignments.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management/ talent development, human resources, or a similar role.
- Experience in the tech industry with an understanding of tech stacks and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of performance management, training, and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for employee development.
