Tech Talent Advisor

**The Opportunity**:
To do your job well, you would need to **collaborate expertly** within your team and with Account Managers (who perform a similar role but focus on the companies using OfferZen)

**What you'll do**:
**Collaboration**:

- You will work closely with OfferZen Account Managers to facilitate successful, long-lasting placements on OfferZen. This collaboration typically includes:

- You will work closely with operational leaders to develop team' best practice', enabling ops teams to deliver this high-quality service to all OfferZen's customers consistently.

**You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you have**:

- A **University degree (preferable) or **an interesting reason why you dropped out**.**:

- **1 to 3 years** experience in **Recruitment/Human Resources/Account Management **or** Customer Success**.
- A proven track record of achieving measurable results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have worked in a capacity where motivating others was essential to your success.
- You have** experience in tackling problems head-on and can articulate lessons learned.**:

- You can operate independently in a remote environment and cultivate strong relationships in a primarily remote capacity.
- Epic **multi-tasking ability **and** time-management **skills.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** combined with **active listening **abilities.
- **Strong intuition and emotional intelligence.**
- **This role is based remotely in South Africa. **This isn't commission-based recruitment role.**
