**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit new students using various voice and digital channels.
- Ensure all enquiries received from potential students are managed in a timely manner.
- Follow up with potential students to complete the registration.
- Ability to deal with various types of students from school graduates to executives interested in our MBA offering.
- Ability to pro-actively manage pipeline of leads to ensure set targets are met.

**Skills**:

- Very strong communication skills in English with fluency in other languages being preferable.
- Confident and target driven.
- Has high attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Highly organized
- Passionate about Private Higher Education
- Efficient in conversion of prospects into enrolments
- Excellent cold calling skills
- Preferably worked on Lead squared or similar program before

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
