Receptionist and HR Support

Responsibilities
Reception and switchboard duties.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organised.
Arrange and manage travel and accommodation bookings.
Manage boardroom bookings.
Welcome and direct visitors.
Assist with courier services and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Obtain quotations and compile purchase requisitions for the HR department.
Record and take minutes for all HR department meetings.
Coordinate staff functions and events.
Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Matric certificate.
Administration/secretarial certificate or diploma.
Minimum of three years’ experience in reception, administration, and travel arrangements.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification and experience in human resources would be advantageous.
Willingness to work after hours occasionally.
Driver’s licence and own vehicle will be advantageous.
