You’ve got previous experience in back office support admin, so let’s not go too much into things you already know. You’ll be a part of a Service team of 4 - this includes working with direction from the Service Manager and Director. Besides you acting as the support function for the team as well as the Service Manager, you’ll provide your administrative skills to the wider department.

So maybe your team is greater than you thought - but just as much as you support them, they will support you - you’re not alone Teamwork is what makes it all run smoothly.

It’s a life of understanding Service, Sales Administration, Finance and Quality Management. A picture of what your role looks like is,
- Logging and updating tickets
- Dispatching and tracking consumables to keep the print fleet running
- Supporting the Service and Sales functions
- Raising invoices, credits and responding to queries
- Contract, lease, inventory, and contact management
- Communicating daily with customers and suppliers

You’re no IT whizz and that’s perfectly fine, some good experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook will have you hit the ground running once you step in this role. Anything else we feel need some work on you can count on the team to show you the ropes.

You’re in contact with many different people throughout the business, this means you’re personable and great at communication (written and verbal). You’ve got an eye for detail and trust in your problem-solving skills - this role will put all your current skills to the test and develop some new ones. Are you ready to evolve?
