Marketing Coordinator (Print, Display & VM) – The Body Shop Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.Contract: Permanent. Overview We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the Print, Display and Visual Merchandising aspects within The Body Shop stores. The role reports to the Brand Manager and will be based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town. Your key objective will be to maintain excellence in all aspects of store presentation in stand‑alone ‘The Body Shop’ stores and all Clicks formats, ensuring a positive customer experience, brand consistency, and budget compliance. Listing reference: click_ Listing status: OnlineApply by: 1 December 2025 Responsibilities Manage logistics for visual merchandising across store modernisation, refresh programs, and new store openings, including componentry, POS and in‑store display equipment. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to schedule promotions, product advertisements, and deadlines. Coordinate ordering of printing, equipment and VM componentry, ensuring on‑time distribution to all stores. Communicate brand guidelines and support store teams on in‑store presentation for consistent visual impact. Verify delivery of correct print and display materials to stores. Conduct store visits, roadshows and gathers feedback to ensure correct implementation of visual merchandising standards. Monitor and update visual merchandising in line with group and brand standards. Maintain inventory of merchandising equipment and componentry. Attend store roll‑outs, new store openings and assist with implementation. Execute business event plans within allocated budget, meeting global standards. Minimum Requirements Knowledge of visual merchandising principles. Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles. Knowledge of retail industry principles. Experience Essential: 3 years’ experience in merchandising and display. Essential: Experience in a retail / FMCG environment. Education Essential: Grade 12. Essential: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent. Job Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Planning and organising. Well‑developed interpersonal and relationship‑building. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail. Creative flair. Ability to consolidate large amounts of information into simplified communication.
