**PRIMARY PURPOSE**

To establish and maintain data and information systems relating to company Product.
Attention to details is important and we need to provide excellent customer service by offering fast turnaround times that meet and exceed expectations.

**Detailed Responsibilities**
- Update all Tourplans and Associated Products (AP)
- Loading of Rates Manual on the system
- Setting up of users, creditors and debtors on company Window
- Run and/or contribute to adhoc projects affecting your area of responsibility

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**Qualification: -**
- Matric certificate - with maths (minimum standard grade or above)

**Experience: -**
- 5 years’ work experience in the travel industry.
- Proven English literacy.
- Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating system.
- Working with data and have a desire to learn new programmes.
- Be highly motivated to support strategic development within RARA.
- Problem solver and good with guest face to face interaction onsite.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Skills: -**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Foreign language skills advantageous.

**Personal Abilities: -**
- Detail orientated, organised, methodical and good communication skill
- Ability to work under pressure without loss of accuracy
- Ability to pace oneself and prioritise demands
- Strong sense of attention to detail
- Strong team worker and ability to interface with various departments

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
