**Responsible for the installation and configuration of complex networking systems and will work closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met.**

**Location: Johannesburg West Rand**

**Salary Range: R 20 000.00 - R 30 000.00**

**Working hours: 8:00am to 17:00pm and overtime when needed.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field**

**5 years of experience in networking installation and configuration**

**Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN**

**Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment.**

**Must have a smart phone & Valid driver’s license.**

**Responsibilities**

***Supervise the installation and maintenance of equipment and systems.**

***Install and configure networking equipment, such as routers, switches,**

***firewalls, and access points.**

***Ensure that projects are completed on time & to the highest standard.**

***Provide technical training and support to junior technicians.**

***Communicate with clients and project managers to ensure customer**

***satisfaction.**

***Conducting quality control inspections to ensure that installations meet**

***industry standards.**

***Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.**

***Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in a timely and efficient**

***manner.**

***Work closely with customers to understand their needs and**

***recommend appropriate solutions.**

***Prepare technical reports and documentation for customer projects.**

***Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry**

***trends.**

***Keep accurate records of all installations and maintenance.**

***Attending the site surveys and providing accurate, detailed, and**

***complete site survey reports.**

***Manage all on-site installation, configurations, setup and training of all**

***relevant systems, hardware, services and testing the system to ensure**

***proper documentation of all related processes.**

***Closure of all installations and submission of accurate and complete**

***job cards.**
