**Fleet Administrator - Head Office**

**Working Hours**: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

**Purpose**:
The Fleet Administrator is responsible for administrating documentation pertaining to the planning and execution of workshop repairs. They manage registration and communication between branches.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 5 Years Fleet experience
- Administration and organisational skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Must be a team player and adapt to change easily
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (Proficient in English & Afrikaans)
- Fully computer literate

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Record Insurance claims
- Completing claim documents
- Liaise with the HR department regarding AOD and insurance claims
- Record fines
- Follow up on AOD’s
- Capture and manage documents on Tyre Module
- Load all job cards onto key fleet
- Capture all fleet expenses
- Scan invoice onto key fleet
- Update all inventory items on key fleet
- Assist the Senior fleet administrator when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Fleet: 5 years (preferred)
