We are currently seeking a **young and ambitious woman** to fill the position of Finance assistant that lives in or around Johannesburg or near the company premises (Muldersdrift, JHB).

If you have the following _skills_ and _responsibilities_, this job is for you:
**Responsibilities**:

- Bank reconciliation
- Turnover analysis - Financials (Sales turnover MTM, MOM & YTD)
- SAMS-Strategic Account Management system for key customers.
- Inventory monthly quantities, costing & valuation
- Year-end inventory audit with external auditors
- Stock level monitoring and availability
- Customer analysis as necessary-big spenders, inactive etc
- Updating stock take sheets - monthly
- Inventory journals
- Sales figures - sales volume analysis (various product categories), forecasting
- Diesel consumption for plant & machinery, vehicle & trucks
- Diesel journals & sitting in for diesel shipments
- Diesel dip & ordering
- Oil journals recon
- Toll slips recon
- Fuel recon
- Customer specials -completing tender forms and loading specials on Pastel
- Assisting with loading of new season annual prices
- Switchboard duties from time to time as required
- Picking slips as required
- Quotations as required
- Participating in and supporting annual financial audit process
- New pallets-quality and quantity check as required
- Pallet slips monthly recon
- Any other relevant data analysis as necessary

Ad hoc duties

**Skills**:
Speak, write and read English and/or Afrikaans proficiently

Be proficient with working with numbers

Matric certificate with excellent numerical results

Bcom degree and/or N.Dip in Accounting / Finance

Analytical skills

Own vehicle and license

South African citizen with ID No

**Salary**: Up to R15,000.00 per month
