**BAT GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR A** **Production** **Scheduler Semi Finished Goods***

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible for scheduling production for all Semi Finished Goods which includes FMD(Filters)/PMD(Cutrag)/BMD(Shoulder Box).

**Reports to**: Manager: Operations Services

**Reporting Level**:Management

**Geographic Scope**:Heidelberg South Africa

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Create and manage Production orders - Manage adherence report and bring up misses to Production team.
- Weekly Cycle counts and investigations for top losses.
- Perform and reconcile monthly stock count for SFGs areas.
- Manage and clear COGI errors weekly in SAP
- Support with Tax Stamp reconciliations.
- Capable of working in GST(Global Scheduling Tool) and record agreed production schedule in the tool.
- Waste Management and Waste Simulation required monthly.
- Daily DDS escalation on waste to production on SFGs
- Attend daily scheduling DDS with Planning Hub and highlight any critical changes required.
- Manage buffer stock for SFGs effectively and synchronization with SMD plan.
- Report on C2S(Conformance to Schedule) in daily DDS for FMD/PMD/BMD)
- FMD/BMD capacity review attendance and input monthly.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Advance Excel skills
- SAP ECC knowledge
- 1-3 yrs Experience with FMCG and manufacturing processes.
- Operations Management Diploma or equivalent
- Forecasting, Waste Management and understand the risks associated with the operations
- Strong individual with the vital drive to implement ideas in a short period of time.
- Individual that can challenge the current Way of Working for the business’s best interest.
- Ambitious individual who learns quickly.
