**Position Description**:
The GTMS Consultant will assist with functional consulting for implementations of Vistex’s cloud offering - Go-to-Market Suite®. The individual will execute requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, system set up, data loads and testing. Must be willing and commit to learning the Vistex product and deliver per project timelines. Knowledge of SAP business processes would be helpful.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetings
- Take charge of the end-to-end business process for the customers and deliver a solution that provides with tangible and intangible business benefits
- Delve deep and gain expertise in the GTMS software features and functionalities to be highly knowledgeable in mapping customer’s wants and needs to the system design
- Take ownership in designing and building the system as per established best practices
- Accountable for driving and collaborating with the back-office team to enable them to set up the system, build system interfaces, tailor the UI and deliver reports as per the design
- Author detailed functional specifications to guide the back-office team to build custom enhancements, reports and statements that satisfy specific customer needs
- Showcase the solution by leading system walkthroughs on a regular basis during the course of the build phase for the customers to give them a sneak peek on their future solution that will diminish their pain points
- Perform quality assurance by identifying and resolving system issues during validation phases to present the customer with a smooth testing experience
- Empower the customers by providing knowledge transfer sessions to the customer for system handover so they can be self-sufficient after go-live.
- Orchestrate the cutover to production and coordinate all tasks required by various teams during go-live in the production environment for seamless transition.
- Continue to learn and gain expertise on new features and functionalities in the ongoing GTMS releases and at the same time mentor new hires by disseminating acquired knowledge
- Thrive on independent thinking with keen problem solving and analytical skills
- Must have excellent communication and client handling skills to be able to excel in high pressure situations
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team player attitude and flexibility with working with different time zones
- Prepare meaningful system demos during the course of the project for the customer

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bilingual proficiency (written and oral fluency is required) in French and English
- Experience in running requirements and design workshops and meetings
- Experience in designing solutions for complex requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on ERP configuration experience
- Knowledge/experience in pricing configuration, OTC configuration and Finance areas will be beneficial
- Involvement in several ERP full lifecycle implementations
- Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Must be based and able to work in Tunisia

**Experience**: Required
- 5 year(s): ERP full lifecycle implementations
- Fluent English written and oral proficiency
- Based in Tunisia
