Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

- Holder of an NQF Level 4 or higher qualification
- Training/ Facilitation Skills ( must have completed the facilitator course or teaching qualification)
- Assessor trained
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills.
- Competitive administrative practice
- PSETA, QCTO or Services SETA registered
- Moderator trained an added advantage

**Duties**:

- Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes nationwide

The individual should be able to:

- Facilitate QCTO, PSETA or Services SETA qualification skills training to lower and higher level delegates
- Manage simulated workshop environment i.e.: task set up and training support
- Implement and facilitate on-going training in line with industry, QCTO, PSETA, Services SETA & NQF standards
- Carry out an integrated delivery of Occupational qualification Modules using an outcome based approach (OBE)
- Prepare, review and administer assessments
- Articulate qualification knowledge modules to Practical and give linkage to workplace implementation
- Administer on the Job POE evidence collection and evaluation.
- Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure
- Facilitate in training learning industry visits
- Compile FISA AND EISA projects administer and findings reports
- Collect and review portfolios of learning evidence (POE)
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Automotive Industry they will be pursuing a career in.
- Support learners on the job and in blended delivery of knowledge modules

Skills and personal qualities
- Be able to explain content clearly both verbally and written
- Be able to plan, organise and document lesson delivery to QCTO standards
- Be friendly, approachable and professional with team ethics
- Be able to relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
- Computer Literate
- Able to Mange content reviews on e-learning platform to meet delivery needs
- Be able of thinking analytically and recall detailed information ( especially when doing research, planning and administrative analysis.
- Be versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners.

**Experience**:

- facilitation: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- PSETA, QCTO & Services SETA Assessor/Moderator registration (required)
- Driving license (added advantage)

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Facilitation: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- PSETA, QCTO or Services SETA certification? (preferred)
- Drivers license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
