**Administrative/Personal Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.

Create and maintain complex spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions and formulas.

Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings using charts, graphs, and pivot tables.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and correspondence.

Conduct research and gather information to support various projects.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, macros, and perform data analysis.

Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
