- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming telephone and ticket system queries.
- Co-ordinate the sales process between customer and providers.
- Handle general office administration such as sending out contracts and quotations.
- Interact with other departments to arrange for the resolution of account, technical and other administrative queries.
- Handle general business sales.
- Propose new marketing strategies.
- Cold calling and in-person sales.
- Sign up prospective complexes and business parks.
- Engage with and handle body corporate administration.
- Provide professional client service.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.**Inherent Requirements**

**Minimum **Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literate
- Able to work well with others as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 - 2 years experience in a relevant area of sales in the industry.**What Qualification**
