ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our Engineering Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Engineering team, playing a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Addressing inquiries received through the engineering support platform.
- Identifying leads through proactive tracking of projects via our project platforms.
- Loading project leads on our internal CRM system.
- Quote generation and reporting for our Profis Engineering software.
- Providing customer support for software-related queries.
- Design support of engineering team for anchor designs, fire protection and post-installed rebar queries.
- Project Data quality.
- Construction project reporting and tracking.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management.
- At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry, acquired either in a design office or on construction projects.
- Analyze construction trends to provide guidance to the engineering and sales teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A high performer with a driven mentality towards career advancement, self-discipline, and supportive teamwork, coupled with strong ethical values.
