**What will you do?**
- This exciting opportunity is available in our **Communications and Events Department**at **Santam Alice Lane office** in **Sandton.** We require the skills of an individual who has a passion for events management and managing sponsorship activation on a national and regional level.

**What will you do?**
- Complete coordination and management of all events
- Post event feedback surveys
- Budget management for the event
- Brand awareness and visibility
- Taking briefs from internal clients & stakeholders
- Liaising with various suppliers - venues, technical, gifting, caterers, décor etc
- Briefing the Design Hub on all creative elements for events - invitations, menus, nametags

**Qualification and Experience**
- Matric
- Diploma in Events / PR / Marketing / Communications
- 5- 8 years of experience

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transport
- Able to work extended hours and over weekend for event management
