**MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION RECEPTIONIST**
The purpose of the role is to assist in managing the clinic administration.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide daily/weekly and monthly reports as per company requirements.
- Booking of staff clinic appointments.
- Keep record of attendance at clinic
- Ensuring timely medication administration and accurate documentation.
- Assist with new employee’s documentation for medical assessments.
- Reporting of stock level to HR Manager.
- Filing patient documentation.
- Assist with capturing of data as required.
- Assist with daily clinic activities.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Have background working in the medical environment.
- Intermediate Excel skills - Able to manipulate data on Excel spreadsheet.
- Experience working in the administration role.
