**An opportunity for a newly qualified graduate to support**:
- the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, executing and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
**Requirements**:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Intern
- Assist Finance team (vendor recons, processing vendors invoices, disposal forms, treasury payments)
- Assisting Finance Manager with Treasury updates ( Opening bank accounts and updating bank mandates.
- Assist the payroll team ( processing payroll data, collating payroll reports)
- Assist in Finance Manager with company secretarial updates (Changes in Director, CIPC updates)
- Ad-hoc duties
- Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
- Strong behavioural connection with values of service, relationships and teamwork
- High energy level / self motivated /planning and organising
- Team player / collaborative / initiative / innovative / persuasive
- Highly developed communication skills (written / verbal / non-verbal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial numeracy and analytical skills
- Be structured and organised
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to challenge views & make rational arguments
- Ability to work under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Newly qualified Graduate in Finance/Accounting degree/diploma
- Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
- Numerical acumen
- Computer literate - MS Office, Windows
