**Main Purpose of the Job**:

- To perform Operational and Administrative duties for the POP Warehouse Operations Department

**Education and experience required**:

- Matric
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience and proven track record in Warehouse Operations and Administration

**Requirements & Competencies**
- High computer literacy, understanding and proficiency
- Computer competency in Excel; Word; PowerPoint required
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent people and management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong interactive and co-ordination abilities
- High sense of urgency
- High Administrative skills and understanding of record keeping and Audit checks

**Key responsibility Areas**:

- Strong support to the Warehouse controller and Client Service Department
- Perform all Operational, Planning, and administrative functions in the department
- Interface with Internal client Managers and internal coordinators to ensure OTIF execution & close-off of client requirements
- Ensuring that all jobs are processed, actioned, and delivered on time according to orders placed by clients
- Ensure excellent communication is provided Internal and External.
- Handling of customer queries and escalating the queries to the relevant management
- Ensure that all documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible
- Maintain reports daily, weekly, monthly as per requirements for the operation
- Capturing of data (GRN, DI, Stock Takes, Events Planning etc)
- Provide Operations and Client Services and promote a culture of high performance and excellent client service
- Perform Receiving, Packing, Picking, Stock count, Space measurement within the Operational requirement.
- Stock accuracy through strict controls; enforcement of company SOP’s; scheduled stock takes and stock audits.
- Adhering to the H&S Covid19 Protocols.
- Ability to be effectively plan, organize, audit

**Salary**: R6,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month
