Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Polokwane. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the warehouse, managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety compliance. Tasks also include organizing and overseeing the receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of goods, and optimizing warehouse space to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience in transportation and cross-border logistics is a plus
