As a **Coordinator: C-Works**, you will be required to promote and support maintenance excellence by reporting, training, planning, ensuring data integrity and executing preventative maintenance processes, contributing significantly to reducing downtime and improving product quality within Premier FMCG.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for all equipment in the milling division, by collaborating with maintenance teams, analysing equipment performance data, and leveraging industry best practices to create effective maintenance plans.
- Configuring and optimising the C-Works system for efficient maintenance management by customising C- Works software to align with milling industry requirements.
- Ensure accurate data input and providing training or support to users to streamline maintenance processes, improve data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure timely inspections, repairs, and overhauls by using C-Works scheduling tools, collaborate with maintenance teams, and prioritise tasks based on equipment criticality and operational needs.
- Analysing maintenance data and performance metrics for continuous improvement by/through utilising C-Works analytics tools, interpreting data trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives.

**Qualification Requirements**:
**Education**: Matric, Certification or training in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as C Works and SQL-Essential. Additional courses or certifications in maintenance planning, inventory management, or safety regulations relevant to the milling industry.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the milling or food processing industry. A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Preventative Maintenance work in FMCG or FoodBev industry. Experience in **Maintenance Coordination**, **C Works Software** **Management (CMMS)**,** Inventory Control**, **Compliance and Continuous Improvement** within the Milling Industry Context - 4-5 years.

**Key Outputs**:

- **Valid Drivers Licence**: Will be required to travel and work away from home from time to time.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends within the region.
- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office and C Works Software Management (CMMS)
