IT Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and services.
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require occasional after-hours work to address urgent IT issues or system upgrades.
- The IT Manager will work in an office environment with access to necessary technology and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT management role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
