**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain accurate product descriptions, attributes, and specifications.
- Assign, manage, and maintain SKUs across all systems.
- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and place replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels across stores and warehouses.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure alignment between physical and system inventory.
- Generate inventory, replenishment, and stock variance reports; interpret and analyse data to identify risks or issues.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, addressing discrepancies timeously.
- Act as the key liaison between suppliers, stores, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Track incoming shipments and ensure timely receiving and system updates.
- Support product launches by preparing product codes, descriptions, and initial stock setups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with an inventory management system (ERP or stock control platform).
- Demonstrated experience placing and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
- **Matric** required; tertiary education advantageous.
- Advanced **Microsoft Excel** skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics and related product categories.
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment (advantageous).
