**Overview**
As Group Executive PA, you will be the primary right-hand to our senior leadership team—managing their diaries, orchestrating board and committee meetings, and safeguarding the highest standards of corporate governance. Your blend of executive support prowess and company secretariat expertise will ensure both smooth day-to-day operations and strict compliance with statutory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage complex calendars, travel and expense arrangements.
- Prepare meeting packs, draft agendas, record minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
- **Company Secretariat & Governance**:
- Draft, file and maintain statutory documents and registers in line with Companies Act requirements.
- Coordinate board and committee logistics, agendas, papers and minute-taking.
- Uphold governance frameworks and recommend best-practice enhancements.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Monitor deadlines for annual returns, statutory filings and other governance obligations.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators and legal advisors on compliance matters.
- **Communication & Liaison**:
- Act as the conduit between the board, executive team and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review executive correspondence, reports and presentations.
- **Additional Duties**:
- Support policy development, internal controls and governance reviews.
- Coordinate training sessions on governance and compliance topics.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven track record as an Executive PA in a group or multinational setting.
- Strong grounding in company secretarial practices, statutory compliance and corporate governance.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office, document management systems and corporate secretarial software.
- Relevant certification (ICSA, CIM or equivalent) highly desirable.
