**The Role**

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product sizing, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a compressed air sales role is an advantage.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Achieving KPI’s as set out in agreed sales targets
- Contract preparation and negotiation for all prospective orders
- Territory management
- Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations within agreed guidelines.
- Timeous submission of all sales reports.
- Strong presentations skills to prospective clients and distributor network
- Identify prospective and grow distributor network
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Supporting the credit management process for all revenues generated.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining and updating databases on CRM
- A valid passport for local and overseas travel will be required.

- Proven sales track record
- Commitment to excellent customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Dynamic, determined and results driven individual with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, Economics /Technical qualifications would be advantageous. A minimum 5 years compressed air experience.
