As a **People Specialist I: Talent Acquisition**, you'll play a pivotal role in various aspects of human resources, including:
Management of Processes and Procedures Relating to Bulk Recruitment
? Execute attraction strategies for bulk recruitment
? Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of bulk recruitment
? Engage with internal stakeholders as a matter expert, providing a consultancy service to guide
resourcing strategies
? Create a talent pipeline and pool to enable an effective recruitment process
? Prioritise continuous improvement through consistent evaluation of recruitment practices
Reporting
? Continuously keep abreast of and report on trends and developments

? Identify risks and problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
? Communicate relevant insights to stakeholders
? Monitor and provide feedback on processes and procedures to all stakeholders
? Monthly reporting on statistics, trends and best practises
Stakeholder Management
? Actively build, maintain and grow strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, internally and
externally
? Manage client expectations and manage effective flow of information
? Manage end to end Supplier and service provider relationships
? Liaise with Service providers to ensure up to date information is provided
? Resolve queries from Service providers timeously

2-3 years’ recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house specialist, with at least 1-year experience dealing with volume/bulk recruitment||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
Diploma/NQF level 5
Recruitment, staffing and on-boarding principles, practices & procedures
Computer literacy - MS office suite
Applicant tracking systems
Human resources information systems (HRIS) knowledge
Relationship building
Attention to detail
Planning & prioritisation
Negotiation skills
Communication skills (verbal & written)
