We’re recruiting for a Client Relations Consultant In our Durban office. **You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Have previous experience working in foreign exchange or exchange control
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Are able to engage professionally with international clients both telephonically and through written communication
- Are methodical, patient, reliable and efficient, with good attention to detail
- Have great organisational skills and work well in a high-pressure environment
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Implementing and maintaining an efficient client process flow
- Reviewing registration documents from clients and liaising with clients to ensure the documentation submitted is compliant in accordance with SARB & FICA regulations
- Ensuring internal programs are updated as per client records, documents, and communication
- Assisting the introducers and brokers with client documentation and accounts
- Cross-selling our forex services to related businesses within the group
- Managing an active, central client mailbox
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, different product providers, introducers, banks, and clients
