It should be the objective of the Product Manager to understand the main business of the company and to strive in developing the business leveraging all the products, solutions and services that make up the business.

**Experience Required**:

- Post Matric qualification in IT or Finance
- At least 3 - 5 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Proactivity and ability work under pressure
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Solid expertise with Microsoft Excel and numbers analysis
- Diligent and pays attention to detail
- Product information dissemination Control;
- Keep abreast of supplier special offers and provide such information to the various business units in order to maintain competitiveness;
- Ensure knowledge attainment of new product updates and the impact of such to the business and customers from both a technical and commercial position;
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels;
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators;
- Attain and develop supplier relationship in order to ensure ease of business and obtain open channels of communication.
