Our **Tooling client** based in Kempton Park is seeking a skilled **Payroll Administrator** to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Must reside in Gauteng
- Relevant Degree or Diploma and/or Certificate in basic accounting / payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of SAGE 300 (People) is non-negotiable.
- Excellent MS Excel skills is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP system will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and excellent numeric skills.
- Highly organised, systematic and deadline driven.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all admin relevant to payroll (incl. Commissions).
- Ensuring all employees deductions are correctly recorded and the relevant deductions made.
- Calculate and pay over third-party payments timeously and accurately. o PAYE, SDL, UIF, Prov, Med Aid etc.
- Process employee terminations.
- Inputting and updating annual salary budgets (incl. bonuses).
- Process Provident fund, Med Aid, Garnishes etc.
- Loading and updating employee information on SAGE.
- SAGE Leave module - reports and checking on monthly basis.
- Update payroll module on SAP.
- Perform bookkeeping functions as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc payroll related duties when required.

**Salary**: R15 000 - R18 000 per Month

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- SAGE 300 (People): 3 years (required)
- payroll: 5 years (required)
- SAP system: 1 year (required)
- FMCG industry: 2 years (required)
