Cape Town, South Africa PEPKOR Installations Full time

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**We are seeking a detail orientated individual who will assist the Procurement Team with price list coordination, new product & supplier sourcing administration and setting up supplier visits. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Price List document updates and maintenance
- Internal communication with relevant departments on inactive products
- Supplier data base updates and maintenance
- Arranging supplier visits and meetings
- Sourcing new products for research and development
- Assist in administration of sourcing new suppliers
- Placing initial bulk order of new products for research & development
- Follow up on purchase order of items for research and development
- Ad Hoc duties within Procurement Department
- Assisting with procurement administration through the International Sourcing Office

**JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- Supply Chain / Buying Diploma / Course advantageous
- 3-5 years buying/ procurement experience within manufacturing industry or electrical industry advantageous
- Proficient ERP Systems
- Proficient in Excel / Google sheets
- Drivers Licence
- Competencies required**: Communication, planned and organised, detail oriented, customer service orientated, negotiation and problem assessment

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 3 years (required)
