Performing administrative duties as and when required,
- Minute-taking during meetings and assisting with follow-up actions, including disciplinary meetings,
- Proactively managing diaries and assisting with time management,
- Drafting / creating / assisting with presentations / reports / correspondence,
- Providing support services,
- Managing telephonic and electronic communication on behalf of College Head,
- Day-to-day issues management,
- Arranging meetings,
- Logistics management of school tours,
- Arranging parent/teacher meetings,
- Working with the Grade Tutors as a communication liaison with parents,
- Assisting with college/school reception as needed.

**The below criteria is required of the applicant**:

- High standard of accuracy, quality and timeliness;
- **8 to 10 years of experience is required as a Personal Assistant**:

- Energetic, self-motivated with the ability
- to use own initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Mature outlook;
- Proactive approach to work;
- Minimum requirement is a recognised matric certificate and diploma.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the same and/or similar type of position and environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
- Confidentiality and discernment is important.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power-Point; MS Outlook (including scheduling).
