**JOB SPECIFICATION**

The successful incumbent will be responsible for all activities associated with the Technical Advisor Department. Key performance indicators include:

- Achieving pre-set sales targets
- Developing a strong client base
- Sourcing and developing new markets and new business opportunities
- Resolving discrepancies by communicating with a variety of administrative and professional employees within the company
- Determining and assessing product-needs (forecasting)
- Providing critical customer feedback to Senior Management and Telesales
- Providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner
- Maintaining internal & external stakeholder relations
- Optimal asset utilisation
- Maintaining company equipment hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices

**MINIMUM Requirements**
- Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g. Civil / Mechanical Engineering Diploma)
- Agronomy qualification (advantageous)
- Qualified SABI Irrigation designer (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good time management skills
