**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or NQF equivalent Qualification is required.
- A relevant tertiary education will be advantageous.
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience within a HR environment will be advantageous.
- Accurate working ability with high attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to work in a systematic manner.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Good judgement and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English and one more language (Setswana will be an added advantage)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department.
- Collect all HR related documents daily from the departments.
- Assist in obtaining signatures for HR related documents.
- Assist with all recruitment procedures and documentation.
- Collect and/or respond to employee enquiries timeously.
- Assist with the administrative processing of disciplinary hearings.
- Assist with translation services for various HR matters.
- Ensure organised and structured systems with regards to employee enquiries, office administration and filing.
- Analyse and identify development areas within the scope of the position.
- General administrative tasks related to HR.
- Always maintain professional relationships with various parties within the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all legal requirements.
- Carry out any reasonable instructions given through to you by management.
