**LODGE GENERAL MANAGER - NAMIBIA - N$80000 to N$90000 Neg, with benefits, depending on experience**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Lodge General Manager for a large Lodge in **Namibia **who has opening/reopening experience.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management
- At least 8 years’ experience in Lodge/Hotel Management
- Proven experience as a Lodge Manager - 100+ keys
- Excellent financial skills
- Responsible for total operations of the Hotel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, oriented to detail, operational knowledge, leadership, team building and flexibility.
- Ensuring standards are set and exceeded to ensure the guest experience is seamless and flawless from check-in to check out
- Good operational logistics experience

Contract:

- 2-year contract is mandatory for Visa purposes
- Visa’s will be applied for by the Company
- Must have a valid Passport
