Purpose of the Position

The Channel Assets Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to the Channel Asset Team, ensuring the efficient and effective use of assets. This role focuses on data management, reporting, and coordination to optimize asset deployment and utilization strategies.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Gather and analyse data on asset performance, utilization, and deployment across various channels.
- Develop regular reports on asset usage, performance metrics, and KPIs for review by the Asset Strategy Manager and Deployment Manager.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing asset utilization through detailed analysis.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain and update asset records in the asset management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deployment, maintenance, and retrieval of assets.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal meetings and strategy sessions.

Asset Deployment Coordination:

- Support the Deployment Manager in tracking asset delivery schedules, installations, and refurbishments.
- Ensure that deployment plans align with business objectives and timelines, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and servicing of assets when required.

Process Improvement:

- Work with the Asset Strategy Manager to identify opportunities for streamlining asset management processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset deployment and tracking.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- 3 to 5 Years’ experience in a similar analytics role.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, finance).
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of category, shopper, and channel dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive ROI and improve execution through data-driven decisions
- Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
