Dear Future, Campaign Analyst

The role requires you to build and execute campaigns and analyse the quality of customer campaigns. To ensure appropriate execution and adherence to quality standards and business requirements.

Are you someone who can do the following:
The campaign analyst role sits at the heart of our Spend Campaigns team, supporting strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement and card usage. Day-to-day, the analyst will be involved in campaign planning, performance tracking, and execution support across portfolios such as App Bill Payments, International Spend, Virtual Card, Digital Wallet, and Spend Optimisation. This includes preparing monthly KPI reports, supporting PCA rituals, and ensuring campaign performance ownership is embedded across the team. The analyst will also be expected to proactively identify blockers, surface insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of campaign rhythms.

A key part of the role involves navigating our internal creative and governance processes. The analyst will work closely with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure campaign materials meet brand standards and regulatory requirements. This includes briefing creative teams, reviewing copy and design, and managing approvals through structured governance channels. A background in marketing or creative development would be a strong asset, as it enables the analyst to better interpret creative briefs, contribute meaningfully to ideation, and anticipate potential bottlenecks in the approval process.
- Minimum requirement: NQF5
- Marketing and creative background beneficial
- Experience in campaign or marketing analytics Experience supporting or leading performance-driven campaigns.
- Experience in cross-functional project coordination Working with various teams to deliver campaigns under tight timelines and structured governance.
- Experience with campaign reporting tools Familiarity with dashboards, KPI tracking, budget tracking and performance analysis.
- Creative development and review experience Background in briefing creative teams, reviewing copy/design, and managing approvals through brand and regulatory channels.
- Experience in agile or iterative environments Comfort working in fast-paced, outcome-focused teams where quick pivots and continuous improvement are part of the rhythm.
- Stakeholder communication and presentation Demonstrated ability to communicate insights, blockers, and campaign performance clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
