The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (M/F/*) for Medical Solutions Division at 3M South Africa / Richards Bay Area, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Leading patient focus and best patient outcomes_
- _ Implementing advanced wound and NWPT to better patient health._
- _ Determining sales targets and going the extra mile_
- _ Supporting PNP’s and Surgeons with patient focus, and theatre._
- _ Willingness to be on-call and always available for bests practice and patient outcome_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Tertiary qualification (diploma/degree)
- Medical field, BSc, Medical Technology, Nursing Qualification_
- _ Experience Skills in relevant market, former positions e. g. Medical Sales Representative in the Wound Care/ Medical device industry. Theatre experience_

- _Administration skills_
- _ Strategic thinking and implementation_
- _ Strong administrative skills and funder knowledge_
- _ Healthcare sector experience and in-depth knowledge_
- _ Ability to educate staff and patients_
- _ Good verbal and writing skills_
- _ Capability to understand customers’ needs_

Location: South Africa, Richards Bay Area

Travel: May include up to 60%-70% [domestic]
