Our Durban based Client in the Financial Services sector, is looking to employ Field Team Managers to lead and manage a Team of Financial Advisors and ensure high quality sales.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- 3 years direct / face to face marketing, sales or promotions experience
- Experience in the financial services (banking or insurance) would be advantageous.
- Supervisory experience, leading a team.
- Must reside within the Durban CBD
- Driver's License

**Job Specification**:

- Guide Field Sales Agents to deliver quality customer experiences and sales.
- Ensure the team has the operational infrastructure required.
- Ensuring a capacity of 10 -15 Field Sales Agent.
- Manage the attendance register and absenteeism.
- Manage performance by assisting the team to achieve the set targets.
- Create team cohesion through daily team hurdles and organizing team activities.
- Develop and build productive working relationships with all departments.
- Plan, coordinate all activation campaigns’ by sourcing venues and companies.
- Manage sales targets (daily, weekly & monthly).
- Coordinate activities with Agents to ensure a consistent sales and leads.
- Assist Field with escalated field client queries to ensure that matters are resolved.
- Ensure that processes are adhered to impacting customer service.
- Manage premium collection rate to target levels.
- Ensure that all customer details are kept confidential.

- High School (matric) (required)
