**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring Independent Contractors are formally trained and accredited by LifeWise before allowing them to sell policies.
- Planning and managing appointments for Independent Contractors.
- Planning and executing sales drives.
- Motivating and assisting Independent Contractors to achieve their targets.
- Quality control of new business submitted by Independent Contractors.
- Engagement and relationship building with stakeholders in the field.
- Management of company assets.
- Reporting on activities and sales productivity.
- Delivering presentations at work sites.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Matric or recognized equivalent.
- Two year’s sales experience.
- Previous sales managerial / supervisory experience is essential.

**Skills and Competencies Required**:

- Building a successful team.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with a strong focus on developing others.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Good quality control skills.
- Recruitment skills.
- Problem solving to identify and navigate through challenges to ensure continuity in operations.
- Time Management to prioritise tasks, manage schedules with maximum productivity.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and PDP essential.
- Clear ITC and criminal check will be a requirement.
- Relocation at own cost
