Job Title: Field Supervisor - Waterfall, Durban

Location: Waterfall, Durban

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field workers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban
- Lead a team of field workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
- Assign tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of field operations and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Earth Science, or a related field 
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of water and wastewater systems is a plus
