**Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, responsible and goal-driven individuals to fill our vacancies of a Receptionist/Front Desk Operator at our Cobble Walk** **Club**:
**PERFORMANCE STATEMENT**:
**The Receptionist/Front Desk Operator must ensure that all members/non members receive the best service possible, and that all duties are performed to the best of her/his ability and according to the company’s standard policies and procedures.**

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Clear criminal record
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience as a receptionist would be an advantage.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Professional and well groomed appearance.
- Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly, clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Diplomacy in handling irate or difficult clients.
- Numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy
