We’re looking for a digital marketing intern to work with us to execute on the vision we have and make the product more tangible to our users.

The company is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg, South Africa and strong preference will be given to those based in Johannesburg. This role is part-time and you will be expected to come into the office 1-2 times a week.

**What you’ll be doing day-to-day**:
**Social Media**
- Managing public comments and customer queries in a timely, engaging manner
- Compiling key insights from social media accounts which include Meta, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Scheduling evergreen content weekly on Hootsuite and Meta
- Creating TikTok content
- Copywriting social media posts

**ECommerce**
- Assisting on eCommerce campaigns
- Assisting with product descriptions and operations initiatives for the Zoie shop

**Research, Copywriting & Administration**
- Researching engaging, unique, and compelling ideas for evergreen social media content
- Creating the monthly newsletter that will go out to our community and our care providers
- Keeping up-to-date with digital technology and women’s health and wellness trends
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assisting with managing our affiliate marketing program
- Assisting with in person and virtual events planning
- Assisting with podcast production and marketing
- we’re looking for someone who’s bought into the vision and has the right skills and attitude to get things done.
- **Marketing background. **Must be a 3rd year or 4th year marketing student or recent graduate. This is non-negotiable.
- **Digital marketing experience.** You have designed, executed and managed successful digital marketing initiatives before. You know how to leverage all social media tools as well as other tools such as Canva, MailChimp, etc. You have a keen interest in exploring new digital marketing tools.
- **Exceptional communication skills.** You can communicate excellently across various platforms.
- **Attitude.** You are passionate about the problem we’re looking to solve. You have a positive attitude, open to change, you love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done quickly and with excellence. You are independent, accountable, fast moving and take ownership. **Nice to have**:

- Healthcare experience
- Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or start-up environment
- Experience across the African continent
