**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:The main purpose of this position is to maintain material and card supply to the production team in an accurate and timely manner. To also ensure that cards to be balanced and any reject/damaged cards recorded on daily reject log and under dual control. Investigate any discrepancy prior to shift and report them to manager. **KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)**:The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:

- Execute all activities relating to the movement of stock (cards and stationary), this can include but is not limited to, receiving, put-away, picking, packaging and dispatch. To also ensure destruction of materials in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
- Printing and compiling of pin mailers in accordance to customer provided specifications.
- Receiving all materials in accordance to the stipulated SOP’s.
- Print and package all pin mailers in accordance to customer specifications and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for secure removal/destruction of damaged/reject cards under dual control and materials received from production as well as associated paperwork and coms complied with.
- Ensure items to be dispatched are packaged and processed correctly. Collection timelines are to be met as well as dispatch paperwork correctly filled and processed.
- Follow all onsite stock count and cycle counting procedures within allocated time intervals, any discrepancies are investigated any corrective action plans published and completed.
- Report on stock outs and replenishment of materials, damages as well as revision changes and accurate rotation of materials/cards in production and vault.
- Report all discrepancies and procedural failures to the Supply Chain Manager/Quality Manager.
- Must have own reliable transport.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES**:

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional working experience.
- Pastel Evolution (Especially stock management).
- Proven understanding printing machines, destruction machinery and warehouse associated MHE.
- Warehouse Management exposure.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Detail orientation is essential.

**MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Supply Chain Qualification / NQF Level 5.
- Basic Health & Safety/First Aid.
- Lean Six Sigma (advantage).
- Ensure waste is disposed of in a secure, correct and timely manner.
- Carry out any reasonable tasks or ad-hoc request made by management within a prompt and timely manner.
- Fully comply with and observe all H&S/environmental/security policies and all work instructions including scheme rules. All housekeeping S5 audits to be completed periodically.
