**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Sales Representative. As a commission-based sales rep, you will have the autonomy to drive your own success while representing our company's diverse range of IT products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively source and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital prospecting.
- **Sales**: Utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively pitch and sell a variety of IT products and services, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including computer components, fiber optics, and IT services, to confidently address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets, while consistently updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to leverage resources and maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the IT industry. Previous experience in a commission-based role is highly desirable.
- **Self-Motivation**: Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive sales environment.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Desire to take ownership of your success and proactively seek out opportunities for growth and development.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience.
