**Quality Lead**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish quality metrics and performance indicators to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.

**Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the quality assurance team.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Matric (Completed)

**Experience**:

- 2 Years international contact center experience.
- 2 Years proven experience managing a team as a Quality Lead.
- 12 months utilities experience.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and techniques.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
