**About the Role**
The Quality Analyst is a key position within our manufacturing facility with accountability to maintain a robust and compliant Quality Management System (QMS), consistently capable of shipping product conforming to the finished Product Specification (FPS) and other regulatory and stakeholder requirements. As the Lead Quality Analyst; you will be reporting to the Quality Manager.
**What will you be doing?**
- You’ll be supporting the Mill Quality Manager to develop and deploy the facility quality plan ensuring alignment with, and cascade from, the EMEA Strategic Quality Plan.
- You’ll receive direction from the Mill Quality Manager to implement the facility quality plan and required day-to-day activities.
- You will be assisting with internal and external audits within the Mill, using the company standards
- You will be looking after our quality processes
- In addition, you’ll engage with and influence the Mill teams and other stakeholders such as product development, logistics, operations and suppliers to maintain a customer-focused quality culture within the facility.
- You will be working with a team of shift quality auditors
**What are we looking for?**
- A National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, typically science, food, tech or engineering related or significant quality management experience.
- A recognized quality management qualification is desirable such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer / Quality Manager / Auditor or CQI Chartered Quality Management Professional.
- Minimum 1-year Significant QMS experience (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP, KC QMS) with of FMCG.
- Working knowledge and experience with products requiring compliance to various regulatory or other technical requirements.
- Certificate for performing Lead / internal audits for QMS (ISO 9001:2015 ,14001 etc.) is preferred
- Working knowledge and experience on Quality Management Systems
- Problem solving skills
**Personal Skills**
- Good command of English is a must, other languages will be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, effective at planning and able to manage and prioritise
- Highly collaborative, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Professionalism and resilient under pressure
