The Foundation for Peace and Prosperity is looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Youth Facilitator to deliver inspiring and interactive workshops to high school students. Our programs focus on leadership, life skills, entrepreneurship, digital skills and personal development for youth in under-resourced communities.

As a Youth Facilitator, you'll play a key role in creating a safe and supportive space for young people to learn, express themselves, and grow as future leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about youth development and making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate engaging, youth-friendly workshops using our existing program content
- Help learners build confidence, leadership skills, and positive mindsets
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Support group discussions, activities, and reflective exercises
- Provide feedback to the program coordinator after each session
- Represent the Foundation’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and respect
- Work collaboratively with other facilitators and volunteers as needed
- Travel to different schools and communities, including rural areas

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience delivering workshops, group sessions, or youth activities
- Experience with youth leadership, peer mentoring, or community engagement
- Strong enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development
- Maturity, patience, and compassion when working with diverse groups
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Ability and willingness to travel to rural or remote areas for workshops
- Punctual, responsible, and adaptable to different community settings

**Compensation**: Paid per workshop (rate based on experience)
**Contract Type**: Freelance / On-call
