Talent Sam is looking for a diligent Compliance Officer to ensure that our UK-based client, a leading social worker agency, adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

**Location**: Full Time - South Africa (remote)

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Secure and scrutinize references for the last five years of employment, addressing any gaps or anomalies.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to acquire and renew DBS checks annually.
- Authenticate qualifications, specifically from Social Work England.
- Manage data entry and document management within our CRM, Salesforce.
- Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations, advised by the Compliance Manager.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance issues.
- Report on risk and compliance performance to business functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Prior experience in compliance, legal, or similar field within the UK market.
- Familiarity with the social work sector and related compliance requirements is an advantage.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
